Baltimore Symphony "SuperPops" Kicks Off New Season with Hollywood: The Epics, October 8-11

Program includes music from Star Wars, Titanic, Gone with the Wind and a special tribute to John Williams

Baltimore, Md. (August 27, 2009)—BSO Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly will lead the BSO and the Baltimore Choral Arts Society in soundtracks from Hollywood on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. at The Music Center at Strathmore, Friday, October 9 and Saturday, October 10 at 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, October 11 at 3:00 p.m. at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. The program includes music from Hollywood favorites such as Ben-Hur, Lawrence of Arabia, Titanic, Gone with the Wind and Star Wars, as well as a special tribute to the Academy Award-winning composer John Williams.
