Colorado Symphony Announces Summer Concerts

Symphony performs in and around the region including Red Rocks, Arvada Center, PACE, Lone Tree, Civic Center Park, Denver Botanic Gardens and Boettcher Concert Hall

This July, the Colorado Symphony, as part of its new direction of engaging and connecting with communities, will be appearing in several different venues throughout the region performing a wide variety of programming. The capability and diversity of the Colorado Symphony is clearly on display throughout the month as performances include a full repertoire of traditional patriotic music, along with tributes to American composer John Williams, Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops, Mozart and legendary rock and roll band Queen. The Symphony will also perform with Natalie Merchant as part of her world tour at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Tickets are on sale at many of the presenting venue box offices. Red Rocks and Boettcher Concert Hall tickets are available at the Colorado Symphony box office, by calling 303.623.7876 or online at www.coloradosymphony.org.

“The Colorado Symphony’s summer concert series demonstrates our commitment to remain the region’s only full-time professional orchestra and present performances that further advance the organization’s mission while playing for both old friends and new audiences across the Front Range. The enthusiastic response we’ve received from presenters who have invited the orchestra to the various venues is only matched by the enthusiasm of the musicians to bring the joy of music to the people throughout the region,” says Colorado Symphony president and CEO, Gene Sobczak.
