Colorado Symphony Presents John Williams Spectacular

The Colorado Symphony's Summer Seasonings presented by PCL series continues on Friday, July 15 with the John Williams Spectacular: a thrilling evening of classic music from some of the biggest blockbusters of all time. Led by resident conductor Scott O'Neil, this wonderful concert features scores from films such as E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial, Star Wars and the Indiana Jones series. Perfect for the entire family, the John Williams Spectacular also features music from Superman, Harry Potter and the theme from Schindler's List, featuring violinist Rachel Harding-Klaus. Presented by PCL, tickets for the John Williams Spectacular are on sale now.

One of the most popular and successful American orchestral composers of the modern age, Williams is the winner of five Academy Awards, 21 GRAMMY® Awards, four Golden Globes, two Emmys and five BAFTA Awards from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. Best known for his film scores and ceremonial music, Williams is also a noted composer of concert works and a renowned conductor.

Tickets currently start from $15 and are for sale at the Colorado Symphony Box Office at www.coloradosymphony.org, by calling (303) 623-7876 or (877) 292-7979, or in-person in the lobby of Boettcher Concert Hall in the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Hours are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
